Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed beginning on the next business day.

We use established international logistics providers and select an appropriate shipping service according to the destination, order type, package weight and selected delivery method.
Shipping Rates
Retail and wholesale orders follow different shipping rate structures.
Standard & Express Delivery
- Free standard shipping on retail orders over $75 USD.
- Retail orders below $75 USD are charged $6.99 USD for packages up to 200g, approximately five items.
- Heavier retail orders may be recalculated according to actual weight at checkout.
- Express shipping is calculated by destination at checkout and is typically $15–$25 USD.
Weight-Based Shipping
- Wholesale shipping is calculated according to actual weight, volume and destination.
- Free shipping is not available for wholesale orders.
- Large air-freight and sea-freight orders are quoted separately upon request.
- Metal products may incur minor logistics surcharges due to magnetic inspection requirements.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
International Orders
Import charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and may be collected separately by local customs authorities or the delivery provider.
Customs and Logistics Delays
International delivery can occasionally take longer than the estimated timeframe because of circumstances outside our direct control.
Customs clearance procedures, destination-country inspections, carrier delays and other logistics disruptions may extend the delivery period. The delivery times shown on this page are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
