Our jewelry is made from 316L stainless steel. Available finishes include 18K gold, silver and gun black, depending on the individual product.

Our plated jewelry uses PVD vacuum plating. This process creates a refined finish developed for improved color durability compared with conventional surface plating.

Our 316L stainless steel jewelry is designed to be waterproof and tarnish-resistant for everyday use.

Appropriate care is still recommended because repeated exposure to harsh chemicals, impacts and abrasive surfaces may affect the appearance of any jewelry over time.

Applicable stone-set designs use 3A–5A grade cubic zirconia. Check the individual product description for the specific materials used in each piece.

Our core collections include rings, bracelets, bangles and matching jewelry sets. Designs range from minimalist domes and croissant twists to sculptural waves and geometric statement styles.

Product prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.

Retail orders can be paid through PayPal and major credit cards.

An order is confirmed after payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation email has been sent.

Retail orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Lumière Zénith jewelry includes a six-month warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Misuse, accidental damage and normal wear and tear are not covered.

We ship worldwide, including to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, European Union countries and most other international destinations.

• Standard retail shipping: 7–15 business days
• Express retail shipping: 3–7 business days

These are estimated transit times after order processing. Customs or carrier delays may extend delivery.

Free standard shipping is available on retail orders over $75 USD.

Retail orders below $75 USD are charged $6.99 USD for packages up to 200g, approximately five items. Heavier orders may be recalculated by weight at checkout.

The customer is responsible for customs duties, taxes and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Eligible retail returns may be requested within 15 days of receiving the order.

Jewelry must be unworn, unwashed and returned with the original packaging, tags and protective seals intact. Proof of purchase is required.

Custom, personalized or engraved jewelry, gift cards, worn items, damaged items and customer-altered products cannot be returned.

After the return is received, inspected and approved, the refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Mixed in-stock orders require an original retail-price subtotal of at least $150 USD.

Yes. If the order contains two or more styles, each selected style requires a minimum of three pieces.

An in-stock wholesale order containing only one style requires a minimum of ten pieces of that style.

Pricing tiers are based on the subtotal of all products at their original retail prices, before the wholesale discount:

• $150–$499: pay 50% of retail price
• $500–$1,499: pay 45% of retail price
• $1,500–$2,999: pay 40% of retail price
• $3,000 and above: pay 35% of retail price

Wholesale orders require a 50% deposit when the order is confirmed. The remaining 50% balance is payable before shipment.

Payment methods include PayPal, T/T bank transfer and other methods by agreement.

Standard wholesale processing time is 15–30 business days after deposit confirmation, depending on order quantity and stock availability.

Wholesale orders are non-returnable except for verified manufacturing defects reported within seven days of receipt with photographic evidence.

Size exchanges for eligible in-stock items may be considered individually and are not guaranteed.

Yes. Custom development may be available after reviewing the design, materials, finish, quantity, packaging and production requirements.

The starting minimum for custom, OEM, ODM and private-label production is 50 pieces per style.

Private-label and branded packaging requirements can be discussed as part of a custom project. Pricing depends on the project specifications and quantity.
