These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Lumière Zénith website and purchases made through our retail and wholesale services.

This website is operated by Dongguan Ruimingzhen Jewelry Co., Ltd. under the Lumière Zénith brand. The website offers both retail business-to-consumer and wholesale business-to-business jewelry sales.
References to “Lumière Zénith,” “we,” “us” or “our” refer to the website operator and brand. References to “you” or “customer” refer to the person or business accessing the website or placing an order.

Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on the website are in United States dollars unless otherwise stated. Retail prices are visible to all visitors. Wholesale prices are available only to approved wholesale accounts.
Retail Payment Methods
Retail orders may be paid through PayPal and major credit cards.
Wholesale Payment Methods
Wholesale orders may be paid through PayPal, T/T bank transfer or another payment method agreed between the customer and Lumière Zénith.
Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed only after the applicable payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation email has been issued.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or insufficient stock.
Confirmation Required
Adding a product to a cart or submitting an order request does not by itself confirm product availability or acceptance of the order.
Wholesale Minimum Orders
Wholesale eligibility, quantities and pricing are subject to the following requirements.
Two or More Styles
Minimum retail-price subtotal of $150 USD, with at least three pieces of each style.
One In-Stock Style
A minimum of ten pieces of the selected style is required.
Custom Production
A minimum of 50 pieces per style applies. Custom pricing is provided separately.
Tiered Wholesale Pricing
Wholesale pricing tiers are determined using the subtotal of the products at their original retail prices, before the wholesale discount is applied.

Larger Quantities
Larger orders, custom developments and private-label projects may be quoted separately according to quantity, materials and packaging requirements.
Wholesale Payment and Lead Time
Wholesale orders require a 50% deposit when the order is confirmed. The remaining 50% balance must be paid before shipment.
Standard wholesale lead time is 15–30 business days after deposit confirmation, depending on order quantity and stock availability.

T/T Recommended
Large Wholesale Orders
T/T bank transfer is recommended for large wholesale orders to reduce the possibility of payment holds associated with some payment platforms.
OEM, ODM and Private Label
Custom development may be available upon inquiry. We work with selected manufacturing partners to support product development, customization and production according to individual project requirements.
Feasibility, minimum order quantity, price, materials, packaging and production time must be reviewed and confirmed separately for each project.

Wholesale Returns
Wholesale orders are non-returnable except where a verified manufacturing defect is reported within seven days of receipt and supported by photographic evidence.
Size exchanges for in-stock items may be considered individually and are not guaranteed.
- Manufacturing-defect claims must be submitted within seven days of receipt.
- Clear photographic evidence must accompany the claim.
- The reported defect must be reviewed and verified.
Product Information
Our jewelry is made from 316L stainless steel with PVD vacuum plating in 18K gold, silver or gun-black finishes. Stone-set items use 3A–5A grade cubic zirconia.
We make reasonable efforts to present product colors, dimensions and details accurately. Actual colors may vary slightly because of differences in screen settings, and stated product dimensions are approximate.

Shipping, Returns and Warranty
Order processing, delivery estimates, shipping charges and customs responsibilities are governed by our Shipping Policy. Retail return eligibility and refund processing are governed by our Refund Policy.
Lumière Zénith jewelry includes a six-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage or normal wear and tear.
Intellectual Property
Website content, including text, images, logos, jewelry designs, product photography and graphics, is the property of Dongguan Ruimingzhen Jewelry Co., Ltd. and Lumière Zénith, or is used with appropriate authorization.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial use of website content is prohibited.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated when our services, commercial practices or applicable requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page.
Continued use of the website after an updated version is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
