Our Commitment
The warranty is intended to address genuine problems with materials or workmanship, not damage caused during use.
Warranty Coverage
What the Warranty Covers
Coverage applies to verified manufacturing defects arising under normal use during the six-month warranty period.
Material Defects
Verified defects in the product materials that resulted from manufacturing rather than customer use.
Workmanship Defects
Verified faults in assembly or workmanship present as a result of the manufacturing process.
Normal Use
The reported issue must have occurred while the jewelry was being used normally and handled appropriately.
Six-Month Period
The manufacturing-defect warranty applies for six months from the applicable purchase.
Warranty Exclusions
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not cover damage that is unrelated to a manufacturing defect.
Misuse
Damage caused by inappropriate use, handling or care.
Accidental Damage
Damage caused by impact, crushing, dropping or another accident.
Normal Wear and Tear
Gradual changes resulting from ordinary wearing and use.
Customer Alterations
Damage involving jewelry resized, repaired or otherwise altered by the customer or another party.
Improper Care
Damage caused by abrasive cleaning, harsh chemicals or unsuitable storage.
Outside the Period
Claims submitted after the applicable six-month warranty period.
Important Distinction
Warranty Claim or Return Request?
The six-month warranty and the 15-day retail return period serve different purposes.
Manufacturing Defect
The warranty covers verified manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for six months.
Warranty coverage is not a general six-month return period.
Eligible Return Request
Eligible retail customers may request a return within 15 days of receiving the product.
Return conditions, exclusions and shipping responsibilities are explained in the Refund Policy.
